In November, 2021, I had the opportunity to manage all social platforms for Smart City Atlanta — the fastest-growing market in the company. To further assist in its social media efforts, we launched our Reels campaign which successfully generated nearly 1M views in its first 90 days, including achieving milestones ranging from most engagement to highest-viewed Reel across all markets. Below are the two Reels that currently hold these titles.
Townhome Tour Reel: Grant Park | Atlanta
I created this Reel as part of our new “Reels Tour” campaign on May 5, 2022 which highlights a brand new townhome for rent in Grant Park, Atlanta. To date, this is the most viewed Reel across all Smart City markets with 95.3k+ views, 2,570 likes, and 208 comments (as of June 1, 2022).
Apartment Tour Reel: Downtown Atlanta
I created this Reel as part of our new “Reels Tour” campaign on April 20, 2022 which highlights a two-bedroom apartment for rent in Downtown Atlanta. To date, this Reel holds has the highest combined engagement (most likes and comments overall) of any Reel across all Smart City markets with 2,905 likes and 303 comments (as of June 1, 2022).

As part of our way to connect with our audience on a personal level, I created a compilation of clips I recorded while visiting the Atlanta office during its photo/headshot day. This was shared via Reels and TikTok.

As a way to boost Instagram engagement and plug our TikTok, I reshared our Model Unit TikTok to Reels featuring a trending song at the time of upload.

Orlando:
I officially launched Smart City Orlando’s TikTok account (@smartcityorlando) in Summer 2021 as part of the “SC TikTok” campaign. Despite the shutdown of the Smart City Orlando market, it continues to hold the title for the most successful TikTok launch in company history — surpassing 10 thousand followers, 1.8 million combined video views, and 164.4 thousand combined likes within its first 90 days of going live.
